The Albuquerque Artwalk serves as the heartbeat of New Mexico’s creative scene. By uniting artists and facilitating collaborations, our platform transforms the ABQ Arts & Cultural District into a block-by-block arts experience, bringing creativity directly to the community.
Through our monthly downtown event, we aim to support both local artists and businesses. Every ABQ Artwalk is an opportunity to celebrate New Mexico’s creative culture and provide space for businesses and creatives to engage with the local community and visitors of New Mexico.

Every Month we feature an artist from ABQ Artwalk. This month our spotlight is on artist: Max Yardbird.
Based out of ABQ, Yardbird is celebrated for their exceptional skills as both an oil painter and a muralist. They are particularly renowned for creating highly stylized and colorful pieces. This month, you can see their art on the cover of our Artwalk events map and online. Links below!
