The Albuquerque Artwalk serves as the heartbeat of New Mexico’s creative scene. By uniting artists and facilitating collaborations, our platform transforms the ABQ Arts & Cultural District into a block-by-block arts experience, bringing creativity directly to the community.

Through our monthly downtown event, we aim to support both local artists and businesses. Every ABQ Artwalk is an opportunity to celebrate New Mexico’s creative culture and provide space for businesses and creatives to engage with the local community and visitors of New Mexico.

Born and raised in Albuquerque, Jon Sanchez draws inspiration from his culture and the landscapes of New Mexico. Elements often reflected in his award-winning work. An illustrator, screen printer and graphic designer, Jon’s work has appeared in art books, comic book covers and a fully illustrated graphic novel.
